User Registration

Registration and submission of abstract, poster, full paper/camera-ready, proof of payment must be done electronically through the online submission system. 

Before you proceed to register online, please ensure readiness of the following necessary documents:-

a. For Student - Scanned Copy of Student ID
b. Manuscript - Abstract / Full Paper (Please follow template provided here)

For first time user, please register here to create an account, and proceed for conference / innovation registration by logging in the system.

You must enter a valid email address. All notification will be sent via registered email.

Conference Registration and Submission Tips

1. Login to conference submission system here.
2. If you wish to make submission, please register as "Author / Presenter".
3. Please select fee category.
4. Submit.
5. Click on Action (View or Edit) in the table list and follow the procedure or click on online submission menu.

PAYMENT METHOD

All payment of fees is to be made via bank draft, crossed cheque or banking transfer to Payee Name and bank account of i-RIC2024 as stated below: -

Once you have made the payment for i-RIC2024, kindly take a screenshot / photo of the proof of payment and UPLOAD/ Email as evidence. The proof of payment is critical to allow the Finance Office to verify your payment and proceed to issue the receipt for your further record and action. An email will be sent to you if the proof of payment cannot be verified.

For remittance from overseas, kindly ensure that the converted amount is equivalent to the i-RIC2024 conference fees in Malaysian Ringgit to avoid further remittance in the event of insufficient payment.
