INTERNATIONAL RESEARCH & INNOVATION CONFERENCE 2024 (I-RIC2024_RP)
PRESENTATION TIME
Each presenter will be given 15 minutes.
The presentation time MUST NOT EXCEED 10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes questions and answer section.
All presenters are required to join the platform 10-15 minutes early to check setup and resolve any last-minute issues. Click here for time table
For international presenters please double check the time difference to ensure the joining time is correct.
PRESENTATION CONTENT
All presenters are advised to simplifies slides/PowerPoint Presentations within 10 minutes of presentation that will be showing during the conference.
Outline the presentation with a clear structure: Introduction, Body, and Conclusion.
Prepare backup copies of slide presentation (e.g., save it on a cloud drive).
PRESENTATION PLATFORM
Google Meet will be use as the platform for online video conferencing.
TECHNICAL SETUP
Ensure stable internet connection and have a backup option (e.g., mobile hotspot).
Set up a good quality microphone and webcam.
Ensure the lighting is adequate.
Use the organizer background banner (provided) as virtual background. Click here to download backgroud.
All presenters are advised to familiarize with the platform by test all necessary functions (screen share, mute/unmute, chat, Q&A).
ELIMINATE DISTRACTIONS AND PREVENT INTERRUPTIONS
Use headphones with a microphone to reduce background noise.
Turn smartphone on vibrate or silent.
Turn off all email/instant messaging/social network notifications.

Prospective researchers and authors are invited to submit their original and unpublished empirical or conceptual manuscripts. Topics to consider may include but are not limited to the following:
A. Engineering and Technology
B. Business and Management
C. Education, Teaching and Learning
D. Health and Life Sciences
E. Social Science
F. Information Communication Technology
This occasion also acknowledges the importance of offering platforms and opportunities for inventors and industries to showcase the inventive outcomes of their innovations. It is incumbent upon us to foster and promote this culture of innovation and invention. The primary focus is on engaging researchers from higher education institutions and industry, as well as prospective researchers, including secondary and primary school students from both public and private sectors, who will actively participate.
The program will involve several types of activities such as the presentation from various keynotes expert, innovation, and invention competitions through video presentations. The implementation of such competitions is desirable to support the main platform of exposure of researchers, students and industry for the sustainability and sustainability of innovations and inventions exhibited in line with the theme of the program to be conducted
